How would you like to participate?
Individual singer
Apply as a singer.
Choose two works from the edition's repertoire, record yourself singing them in full and send the video. After acceptance and payment, you receive PDF scores and preparation audio. Travel and accommodation not included.
Same application process. Accepted singers resident in Portugal may join the pre-festival preparation rehearsals free of charge.
The application is reviewed by the artistic direction — registration is only confirmed once accepted and payment has been validated.
Participating choir
Apply with your choir.
Interested choirs can propose collective participation in Ramos. The number of singers, repertoire, rehearsals, meals, local transport and specific conditions are confirmed directly with the organisation — conditions vary by choir, there is no fixed per-person price.
Since 2005
One week.
Many cultures.
One shared work.
Ramos brings international conductors, individual singers and choirs to Portugal for intensive rehearsals, masterclasses and sacred-music concerts.
Every year during Palm Sunday week, different ways of listening, feeling and building music transform singers and audiences in Cascais and across Portugal.
